Hard polyurethane foam plastics (large polyurethane insulation board)
huge foam block of 5m³ volumes after one-off foam molding by adopting large-scale box foaming technology. After complete slaking, it can be cut into various boards of different thickness by automatic cutting equipment controlled by microcomputer.

Product characteristics:
   High cutting precision and thickness error 0.5mm ensures surface flatness of finished  products. 
   Fine foam; equal abscess. 
   Light volume weight,30-60% lighter than traditional product, reducing the weight of finished products. 
   It can endure huge pressure in the manufacturing process with strong compressive resistance.
   It is convenient for quality testing. The board quality is clear at a glance and assures heat preservation effect by removing the around epidermis when cutting.
